Full-time position Boutique Residential / Seniors Living / Co-Living / Child Care / Interior Design Projects ArchiCAD / Twinmotion skills McNally Architects is a well-established and thriving architectural practice that is looking for a talented Lead/Project Architect with strong design and construction experience to join our projects team. We are seeking a dedicated professional who can lead Single Residential, Multi-Residential, Seniors Living, Co-Living, Child Care, and Interior Design Projects. The role offers a great opportunity to take ownership of projects while having the support of the Directors and other team members. Skills and Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of local experience. Masters in Architecture degree & Australian Registered Architect. Contract documentation and high-level documentation detailing/coordinating skills are essential. Advanced ArchiCAD skills, Twinmotion/3D CGI skills, Adobe Suite. A good working knowledge of NCC, SEPP Housing/Seniors, other relevant Australian Standards, and Council codes. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the current team of Architects and Interior Designers on all stages of projects, from concept to construction. Design, document, and prepare presentations for directors and clients. Good design skills. Prepare documentation for DA, CC, and construction detailing. Coordinate with consultants, councils, certifiers, and clients. Manage time effectively relative to set architectural fees for projects. Engage in collaborative design processes with Directors and other team members. Oversee projects from start to completion. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
