$180,000 - $220,000 Total Salary Package 3D Commercial are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a hugely successful Fitout & Construction Business, working on large scale fitout & warehouse refurbishments in live environment works between $5m - $20m.THE COMPANY A builder that has established itself as a reputable player in the construction industry since its inception over 20 years ago. Over the past two decades, they have completed millions of dollars worth of projects across the nation. These projects span across various sectors including commercial office buildings, health, community, and industrial refurbishments.One of the key strengths of the company lies in its ability to devise cost-effective construction strategies that not only meet but exceed client expectations. By prioritizing the protection and advancement of their clients' interests.WHAT YOU GET $180,000 - $220,000 Total Salary Package Mobile Phone (or allowance) & Laptop Experienced and very respected leadership team A genuine variety of projects - no two are the same and they have an incredible Estimating & Front end team bringing in repeat work Working a business that celebrates and rewards their sub contractors, consultants & stakeholders with annual events PROJECTS Large scale fitout, refurbishments and live environment projects in the CBD and CBD fringe. They range from $5m - $20m in value THE ROLE Managing the construction process from inception to completion. Manage the delivery team, program, contracts administration team, financial reporting and budgeting throughout the project. Lead Safety meetings on site and coach team members on safe practices. Have significant involvement and jump in to the ECI and tendering process, walk the client through the job and secure a healthy margin prior to winning the project. Enhance the construction process with your building knowledge and guide others around you. Be accountable for Quality Control, Safety Management and OHS&E procedures at all times. YOU Tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction and/or related discipline. You're an up and comer with fire in the belly! Hunger to become a 2IC to the State Manager. You conduct yourself and your sites with a huge focus on safety and accountability. Experience in Building & Construction Management of multiple fitout projects between $5m - $20m in value. Plenty of D&C experience. Proven ability to communicate well and influence team members and stakeholders for a positive delivery. Experience working in high pressure situations within large teams.
