Role: Senior Project Manager - Property Location: Murarrie, QLD (Turrbal and Jugera Country) Employment Type: Permanent Full-time We’re on a mission to provide accessible, affordable, and community-connected early learning, and we need a Senior Project Manager - Property to help bring our vision to life. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering our exciting new centres program, overseeing the planning, design, and construction of new centre developments. You'll work alongside the National Development Manager to ensure that each project meets operational needs, stays on budget, and is delivered on time. Your Impact: Be part of a dynamic team, guiding project delivery from start to finish, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards maintained. Manage property projects, ensuring they are cost-effective, efficient, and compliant with all regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver successful projects. Drive continuous improvement and innovation across all property-related activities. You’ll bring to the table: Minimum of 10 years in construction/project management (client-side experience strongly desirable). Strong knowledge of construction technology and methodologies. Experience in resolving construction-related problems. Leadership experience in motivating specialist teams. Experience in leading the delivery of projects on a large scale (e.g. National level). Experience in building strong internal working relationships with a view to becoming a valued and trusted business partner. Experience in critical path project management and associated software skillset. Project management experience in the delivery of 5-8 projects simultaneously with values between $2M-$6 million each. Strong knowledge and understanding of both Project and Construction management models and associated building construction contracts, service contracts. Strong knowledge and experience with WH&S plans, systems, and processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative, team-oriented approach. An uncompromising approach to delivering high-quality projects to agreed deadlines. Experience in the childcare sector is preferred but not essential. Flexibility to undertake domestic travel is essential and flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required and as negotiated.
