Your new role We are searching for an experienced, energetic and industry-connected Senior Project Manager to join the leadership team in Sydney. The primary purpose of the Senior Project Manager role is to lead the process, design and delivery of tasks and projects and administer contracts to ensure performance targets are met and potential sources of risk are mitigated. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the project delivery team, client and relationship management and provides key support to the Directors. This role is a key leadership position in the state and alongside core project delivery responsibility, the incumbent will contribute to: Business Development – building client relationships and engaging in active professional networking. Training and Development – lead training and professional development sessions. Team Culture – diversity and inclusion, social events, team activities. What you bring The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or similar with a demonstrated depth of over 7 years’ experience in the project and development management space. A minimum of 5 of those years must be in LOCATION and working for a project management consultancy. You will have strong experience leading dynamic teams and will ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of project outcomes and exceptional experiences for each and every stakeholder.
