Are you a Senior Project Manager who specializes in driving and delivering high-quality Non-Process Infrastructure projects in the mining sector, seeking your next opportunity? Who are we? We have been tasked with sourcing a performance-driven Project Management dynamo to oversee Village, Mobile, and Community Infrastructure projects for our valued mining client. You will be engaged via Chandler Macleod on a minimum 12-month temp contract, based out of stunning Perth offices in the CBD with frequent site visits to facilitate its successful delivery. Project Management, Construction Management, Architectural or Trade Qualifications Extensive experience in Project Management of projects that are NPI in nature Mix of both mining and construction PM experience, and EPCM / Tier 1 construction experience Exposure to Design and Construct projects Experience in both projects and execution (Village | Community Infrastructure | Mobile Equipment Projects) Strong communicator, adept at maintaining stakeholder relationships and reporting Contractor enabler who is comfortable working with Indigenous and Local vendors Well-developed contract management skills, with a willingness to be proactive and manage contractual concerns prior to escalation Critical to the success of the project is the selection of an individual who not only meets the above experience requirements but also fits culturally within a very close-knit team.
