Job Responsibilities To act as the key, day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and adequate quality standards. Coordinating design development, reviews, manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings, written communications and/or digital tools to fulfil project requirements. Effectively communicate the project requirements to design consultants, gather stakeholder requirements, manage design changes and meet critical deadlines. Monitoring the Architectural/Engineering consultant team or sub-consultants on overall design delivery. To manage the change control process. To facilitate the production of formal project progress and other reports. To take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages. Stakeholder management. Any other tasks/responsibilities required from time to time due to on-job requirements. Qualifications Must be client-focused and confident. Experienced preferably in Data Center or other mega mixed-use commercial green field projects. Minimum of 12-16 years experience. Trained in Architecture, design management or other comparable design, project management disciplines. A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from dealing with strategic issues at conception stage, design development, construction, testing and commissioning, through completion and post-project review. Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques. Excellent knowledge of construction industry technical matters. People management experience, particularly in the context of managing large client teams, and a multi-disciplinary consultant team to deliver a mega-scale project. Fluent in spoken and written English. Practical knowledge of digital tools e.g. BIM 360, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office. Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering e.g. Rhinoceros, Revit/BIM, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lumion/Enscape/Unreal engine/Twin motion.
