THE ROLE The Senior Project Officer, Finance will work with a collaborative and innovative team to provide expert financial budgeting, analysis and modelling to inform strategic decision making and ensure the financial sustainability of the program to redevelop Homes Victoria's high-rise sites, in accordance with the Government's Housing Statement. The Senior Project Officer, Finance is a key member of the High-rise Redevelopment Program, providing authoritative, expert financial budgeting, analysis and modelling on large scale structured finance transactions and program financial reporting. The Senior Project Officer, Finance will effectively manage relationships and forge strong connections with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach and support project managers across a variety of complex projects. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Coordinate budget and reporting processes, ensuring corporate obligations are met. Coordination of systems and controls for budget management and forecasting consistent with Homes Victoria policies and practices. Support the analysis and modelling of cost, revenue, financing structures and funding streams to inform strategic financial planning and decision making, including the maintenance of strategic financial history, plans, schedules and models.
