Senior Property Manager | $125,000 Package | North West / Hills District A progressive, independent boutique real estate network, renowned for its exceptional expertise and outstanding results in Sydney’s North West / Hills District market, is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to join its dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Managing a residential property portfolio of approximately only 60 properties. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and tenants. Coordinating repairs and maintenance efficiently. Monitoring and managing arrears and tasks. Conducting regular rent and lease reviews. Handling bond claims and attending NCAT hearings as required. Working under the guidance and mentorship of a supportive Director. Focusing solely on operational tasks with no accounts management duties. Candidate Requirements A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing property portfolios. A reliable car and a valid driver’s license. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail. Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships. A collaborative mindset and a drive to thrive as a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager.
