Senior Property Manager - Stonnington - Up to $95k+Super We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take on a very clean, well-managed portfolio, based in the City of Stonnington. You will have proven years of experience in property management and will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 200 properties. About The Role: SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER Managing a portfolio of 200 properties Well maintained portfolio - same PM for 9+ years Saturday Roster - 1 in 3 with a Friday in Lieu Open to working from home flexibility Salary up to $95k+Super (depending on experience) About You: 3+ years managing a residential portfolio Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate Experience using a Property Management program being; Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit Corporate attire & presented Car & Drivers Licence Exceptional customer service skills Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player If you are interested in having a detailed, confidential conversation about this position then please contact Dayle Stewart from Wiggins Recruit on 0490511072 or or apply using the link.
