Job Description

This Brisbane Bayside real estate group is looking for a new leader. An established business covering both residential sales and property management, you will lead the property management department consisting of 3 staff and a rent roll of 350 properties. As an experienced Senior Property Manager, you will join a business in excellent condition with the latest systems and processes in place along with a stable and dedicated team. Initially managing a small portfolio yourself, you will balance your time between portfolio management and wider leadership within the department. You will be the escalation point for the property management team, overseeing conflict resolution and troubleshooting whilst mentoring property managers and support staff.
