In this pivotal role, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement, empowering our teams to create exceptional value for our stakeholders. As a Leader within our Quality Function, your responsibilities will include: Leading quality initiatives across multiple sites to ensure excellence in our operations. Collaborating with clients and suppliers to review and establish Quality/Technical Agreements, ensuring full compliance. Supporting business growth by contributing to client project implementations from a Quality and Regulatory perspective. Facilitating regular reviews with the Quality Leadership Team and Responsible Persons to drive strategic quality objectives. Assisting the Quality Director in implementing the Quality and Regulatory Agendas across all UKI Life Sciences sites, ensuring consistent practices. What are we looking for? Experience being named as a responsible person related to Quality Assurance is highly desirable. Strong understanding of GxP regulatory requirements and compliance, particularly within Quality Management Systems (QMS). Experience in Pharmaceutical, Food Manufacturing, or Logistics sectors.
