About the Role As a Senior Quality Business Partner , you will play a critical role in ensuring product safety and quality across our Castlemaine operations. Working closely with operations teams, you will lead, develop, and implement quality systems, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain compliance with food safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive engagement with cross-functional teams . You will support new product development, maintain certification standards, and ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and industry regulations . Responsibilities Lead and coach the Quality business partners, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory, certification, and customer standards . Drive continuous improvement in quality processes, systems, and operational practices. Partner with Operations teams to ensure food safety, quality, and compliance are embedded in daily production. Support new product development and trials , ensuring quality and food safety parameters are met. Conduct audits, manage corrective actions, and handle customer complaints and non-conformances . Tertiary qualifications in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field. Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, SQF, and customer standards (Coles, WQA, YUM, McDonald's, etc.). Leadership experience, with the ability to develop and mentor teams . Excellent communication skills, able to partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to risk management.
