Whether you're an experienced Senior Safety Advisor , a developing Safety Advisor or looking to step up as a Safety Coordinator , we have roles available to suit your experience and career aspirations. Roles and locationsinclude:Senior Safety Advisor – Sydney (Water & Civil Infrastructure) Safety Advisor – Regional South NSW – Wagga Wagga / Albury (Water/Utilities) Safety Advisor – Regional Western NSW – Dubbo / Warren (Water/Utilities) Safety Advisor – Northwest Sydney (Civil Infrastructure) Safety Coordinator – Blacktown (Civil Infrastructure) Safety Coordinator – Richmond (Civil Infrastructure) Safety Coordinator - West Dapto / Wollongong (Civil Infrastructure) These are long-term projects with a real impact on local communities -and we offer a mix of permanent roles and fixed-term contracts (with a view to extend). Flexible DIDO or FIFO options may be available on some regional projects. What we’re looking forWe're seeking a range of safety professionals who share our commitment to making safety real — focusing on people, relationships and proactive solutions. Depending on the role and level, you'll be involved in: Partnering with project teams to provide practical, solutions-focused HSE advice. Supporting and strengthening HSE systems and processes that keep people safe and projects compliant. Leading site inspections, risk assessments, and proactive safety conversations to identify and address risks early. Mentoring and guiding teams to build a strong, proactive safety culture — one where people genuinely care for themselves and each other. To be successful, you’ll bring Relevant experience in civil infrastructure and/or water projects A Diploma in Work Health and Safety (or higher). A White Card and a valid C Class Driver’s License. Strong knowledge of WHS systems and processes, and confidence to apply them on complex sites. Professional memberships or certifications (highly regarded).
