Your Role & Team Our newly created Sales Operations team is growing and we are excited to launch a new role as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist . The role will play a crucial role in optimising sales performance by analysing data, improving processes, and enhancing sales strategies. This role combines advanced analytics, system management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and support effective decision-making. You will focus on projects such as process automation, lead generation and pipeline management, commissions calculation, and other administrative tasks as required to ensure continuous improvement of key business metrics and KPIs. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales Operations and is a full-time opportunity offering hybrid working conditions based out of our Melbourne CBD office. Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to: Drive Sales productivity with ongoing process improvement and simplification, sales automations, and ensure sales process adherence. Drive cross-functional collaboration with other departments (e.g. Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, CX, Business Operations) and lead the change implementation. Assist in the development, production, and implementation of sales policies, process flows, and best practices. Take complete ownership over optimising, managing, and maintaining the Sales Commissions software, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Manage the Sales Operations queue via a ticketing system. Provide support to the sales team by removing operational obstacles and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. Administration of the Salesforce CRM and other sales tools used by the company, with a focus on continuous improvement. Develop and/or maintain regular and ad-hoc sales reports and dashboards. Prepare and analyse sales performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales efficiency. Identify and execute beneficial business initiatives to assist the wider Sales/CX team. Meet KPIs specifically related to completing administration tasks and ad-hoc projects within an agreed time frame. To be successful in the role, you'll have prior experience (3+ years) working within a Sales Operations role ideally within a scaling SaaS environment. You'll use your expertise in Salesforce, process mapping tools like Miro or LucidChart, and managing sales pipelines to drive success. If you've worked with sales commission plans, that's a bonus!
