Senior Salesforce Developer - OmniStudio As a result of the continued growth within the IT Professional Services sector, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to join our team. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies including OmniStudio, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party systems. Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce development. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. Extensive experience with Salesforce technologies including OmniStudio, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Proven track record of working on Service Cloud or Experience Cloud end-to-end Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration capabilities. Experience working in the government or public sector preferred. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer). Additional Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
