We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer who will be working on a project involving both offshore and onshore development activities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate and guide a distributed development team. Responsibilities Work with the development team, both offshore and onshore, to ensure successful project delivery Architect and design scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications Develop and implement custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies Perform code reviews and provide guidance to the development team to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends to provide recommendations for continuous improvement Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs Salesforce Developer certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II) is highly preferred Proven experience leading and managing a development team, including offshore resources Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration Proficient in Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Force.com IDE, and Version Control Systems Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
