Perth based role with the ability to travel to site if and when required. About the role Ensure projects are delivered within time and budget, while satisfying the client's needs. Assist in planning material, resources and systems usage for successful, cost-effective, and best-practice project completion. Maintain documentation and systems for quality, safety and environmental considerations. Participate in client/contractor meetings. Manage cost control for certain scope of works and maintain look ahead. Read and interpret design plans and drawings. Supervise, mentor and support Graduate Engineers. Develop Engineering Procedures and Methodologies (e.g., BW Change Methodology, Slew Bearing Methodology). Liaise with the Client on any project matter. Travel to Site when the company requires. About you Desired Experience: Balance Machines knowledge. Mechanical Inspections and Reporting. Structural Inspections and Reporting. Hydraulic Systems. Site Engineering Experience. Design Upgrades and Refurbishment to OEM Equipment. Capability & Experience will you need to have: Tertiary qualification in Mechanical/Civil engineering or similar. Site-based experience working on a range of packages. An ability to understand design, problem solve, learn, adapt and continually challenge yourself. Well-developed communication skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of subcontractors, local authorities, internal staff and clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
