As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dynamic Senior Social Media Community Manager to join our team and lead the charge in building an engaging and vibrant community across our social platforms. Role Overview: As a Senior Social Media Community Manager, you will play a key role in fostering positive interactions, nurturing relationships, and driving engagement within our diverse global community. You will manage and grow the social media presence, develop strategies to engage users, and ensure our platform remains a safe and welcoming space for all. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of community management, a passion for live streaming, and a proven track record of creating compelling content that drives conversation and brand loyalty. Responsibilities: Lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our social media channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), focusing on building and engaging our global community. Lead offline and online events. Develop and execute content calendars that align with our brand, voice, and goals, while ensuring we stay relevant and engaging to our audience. Monitor, moderate, and actively engage with the community across social platforms, responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and positive manner. Create and share compelling content, including community stories, user-generated content, behind-the-scenes insights, and live-stream highlights. Analyze social media performance, track key metrics, and report on community sentiment, engagement, and growth. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or related fields, ideally in the digital entertainment. Proven experience developing and executing social media strategies that drive community growth and engagement. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices across different regions and demographics. Event planning experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and maintain a positive brand tone. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with social media analytics tools and a data-driven approach to improving engagement. Passion for live streaming and digital content creation, with a genuine interest in online communities and fandoms. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, global team environment. Bonus Points: Experience working with live streaming platforms or in a similar digital entertainment space. Familiarity with video editing and content creation tools. Knowledge of crisis management in online communities.
