Senior / Supervisor Business Advisory | Geelong Work close to home + free parking available Growing CA firm Close-knit environment with work/life balance Large clients + engaging work My client is a CA firm looking for a qualified Senior / Supervisor to join their Business Services / Advisory team. They are a modern accounting and business advisory firm and have developed a strong reputation in the marketplace demonstrated by a growing client base ranging across SMEs, consolidated groups, family groups, investments, and SMSFs. Reporting to the team partner, you’ll be working in a compliance and review capacity with exposure to advisory projects. This role will require you to be involved closely with your clients in order to add value to their long-term financial goals. Some responsibilities include: Managing a client portfolio Training and overseeing the work of 2-3 junior accountants Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies, SMSFs, and various group structures. Advisory work Working with clients on future business decisions including structuring, tax planning, and tax strategies Applicants: Minimum 5 years business services and tax experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills due to the client-facing nature of the role Demonstrate strong leadership and rapport-building skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
