Join Our Team as a Senior Support Coordinator! Are you passionate about empowering individuals and navigating the complexities of the NDIS? Become an integral part of AQA, where we deliver high-quality, client-focused support to achieve meaningful outcomes. About the Role As a Senior Support Coordinator , you’ll lead the delivery of specialised, person-centred services aligned with participants’ NDIS plans. By addressing complex needs, you will guide participants to access formal, informal, and community supports, empowering them to achieve sustainable outcomes and exercise choice and control. In this leadership role, you’ll mentor team members, contribute to the ongoing enhancement of services, and ensure alignment with AQA’s values and strengths-based approach. Key Responsibilities Advanced Support Coordination Deliver specialised coordination and case management services across NDIS and other funding models. Assist participants in navigating the service system, overcoming barriers, and exploring service options. Implement, monitor, and review individual supports to ensure alignment with participant goals. Mentor team members to foster growth and build capacity for effective service delivery. Drive innovation and promote participant independence to maximise the value of NDIS plans. Leadership & Development Provide guidance on NDIS trends and legislative changes to support best practices. Develop and facilitate capacity-building initiatives, including workshops and consultations. Build resources and tools that enhance service delivery and participant outcomes. Identify opportunities for service growth, ensuring AQA remains responsive and innovative. Operational Oversight Maintain accurate and compliant participant records and service data. Lead quality audits and ensure processes meet regulatory and funding requirements. Support administrative efficiencies to enhance operational performance. Provide leadership and coaching to Support Coordination team members. Facilitate team collaboration and resolve complex cases with innovative solutions. Assist in onboarding and training new staff to build a strong, capable team. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a motivated professional with: A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Disability Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of experience in support coordination or case management. Strong knowledge of the NDIS, relevant legislation, and the NDIS Operational Guidelines. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive stakeholder relationships. Proficiency with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems. A commitment to cultural responsiveness, privacy, and person-centred practices.
