About the Role: Due to growth in the business, Territory Timber & Hardware is seeking a Senior Truss Manager to lead and oversee our truss manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for managing production, ensuring quality control, optimising workflow, and driving efficiencies across the business. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end truss manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality outputs. Lead and mentor a team of truss designers, fabricators, and production staff. Manage scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and customers to ensure seamless operations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation. Drive business growth through strong leadership and operational excellence. About You: Proven experience in truss manufacturing, construction, or timber industries. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
