Senior Visitor Services Officer Salary: $76,140.48 per annumClosing: Friday 14 March 2025Full Time – Permanent The Economic Development Department is seeking a highly motivated, organised, and passionate person to take on the exciting role of Senior Visitor Services Officer. The successful applicant will join a dynamic Visitor Economy team at the Greater Shepparton Visitor Centre located within the Shepparton Art Museum precinct, and will lead a diverse team of Visitor Centre Volunteers. The Senior Visitor Services Officer will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Greater Shepparton Visitor Centre, which is integral to Greater Shepparton positioning itself as a key regional tourism destination under the brand Shepparton & Goulburn Valley, aligning with national, state and regional strategy priorities and attracting key market segments to create economic growth, jobs, visitation and yield. Guided by the Economic Development Strategy, the visitor economy program is diverse and growing, with an array of high calibre local visitor experiences including the Shepparton Art Museum (SAM), the Museum of Vehicle Evolution (MOVE) and the Arcadia Fish Hatchery.
