We recognize that our customers have high expectations, not just of their vehicles, but the total ownership experience, including after-sales service. Right now, we are looking to employ a Customer Service Advisor to assist in the running of our busy workshop. We regard the Service Advisor to be an integral part of our operation as it is the primary interface between the customer and workshop team. While prior experience in a similar role is definitely an advantage, this role will appeal to an experienced Senior Technician or Foreman who feels they are ready to move away from the tools and step up to the next level. A person who excels in dealing directly with customers and is ready to learn would also be suited. As Service Advisor, you will: Greet customers as they present to the dealership's service department Discuss vehicle servicing and repair tasks with customers in a manner which can be easily understood Book and manage customer appointments Work with the workshop team on parts and labour supply and costs Keep customers up to speed on the servicing of their vehicle Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt issue resolution Prepare invoices and close allocated repair orders in a timely manner Ensure customers are aware of their future service requirements. Ideally you will have: Prior experience as an automotive Technician or Service Advisor Excellent customer service and communication skills A strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude The ability to work in a fast-paced environment A focus on quality, results, and CSI A valid driver's license including manual transmissions.
