Ensure that service delivery and service support processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of service in an effective and cost-efficient manner. Identify internal and external client issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders. Provide accurate and regular reports to the Pre-Analytical Services Manager on performance of the service delivery. Educate Pre-Analytical staff and external clients on the effective use of all equipment. Audits are conducted annually in accordance with quality system audit tools. Classifications for this position will be IN27 ($71,141.2 per annum pro rata).
