We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager (Cloud and Infrastructure). The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to our customers. This role involves managing and coordinating IT service operations, overseeing service performance, and managing relationships with managed service providers (MSPs). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT infrastructure and a commitment to customer satisfaction. As the Service Delivery manager, your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing the delivery of IT services to customers, ensuring that services are delivered on time, satisfactorily, and meet agreed-upon service levels. Managing the service lifecycle, including transition, operations, and continual experience improvement. Developing and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring compliance with these agreements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of IT services, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service quality and efficiency. Managing any risks and audits that are required, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards. Managing relationships with managed service providers (MSPs), ensuring they meet their responsibilities and performance metrics. Engaging with vendors, ensuring they provide the necessary services and meet performance standards. Ensuring a positive service experience for customers by gathering and analysing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Ensuring that customers are well-informed and adequately trained on new services and identifying and facilitating training where appropriate. About you: You will be a customer-focused individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on infrastructure. You will also have: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage customer relationships and handle escalations effectively. ITIL certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
