About The Role The Service Delivery Specialist (TrakCare) is a key member of the South West Alliance of Rural Health (SWARH) Applications Team supporting the TrakCare application for 11 health services in the South West region. Reporting to the Functional Team Manager (TrakCare), the role will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in both the TrakCare application and clinical workflows, and other SWARH team members (e.g. technical, testing, change & learning) to respond to service requests from end-users, identify and confirm additional requirements and implement these as workable solutions in the TrakCare application. The role will undertake a broad range of duties including troubleshooting issues and delivering configuration to meet agreed needs, be involved in an iterative process of testing, and refining solutions until successful completion. Multiple bodies of work will be undertaken simultaneously with various members of the SWARH team. Working closely with fellow TrakCare Service Delivery Specialists and internal / external stakeholders, the Service Delivery Specialist will assist in the support and configuration of TrakCare for a geographically diverse audience comprised of over 5000 end users, inclusive of C-suite, medical, nursing, allied health, hospital management and administrative staff. The role is based in Warrnambool, Victoria, and some intrastate travel may be required.
