About the client They coordinate and develop policy across the Government in economic, domestic and international issues, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander affairs, and public service stewardship. About the role - Service Desk Analysts The Service Desk Analysts are the first contact point for any IT issues for our client. Duties Assisting with incident management and request fulfilment for staff. Addressing and resolving basic incidents and requests received via phone, email, and our ticketing systems. Compiling and troubleshooting issues before progressing to Tier 2/3 teams. Skills / Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
