Job Description

Location: Canberra, Australia We are looking for a candidate who is a subject-matter expert (SME) in IT Service Management (ITSM) & Service Integration and Management (SIAM) to join the IT Operations Management section. Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Support the development, transition & day to day operations of ITSM and SIAM processes, engaging with colleagues, internal/external suppliers and key business stakeholders. Assist with ITSM documentation management within the Operations Management team, implementing and uplifting policies & processes as well as pro-actively identifying improvements and enhancements. Working under general and often limited direction as the SME for all ITSM/SIAM related activities and work, providing advice and guidance to the director & broader team. Support the adoption of SIAM & ITSM policies, processes and procedures, ensuring they are in place for each practice & function and are followed by all service providers. Assisting the director by working with the Division(s) and the department in the activities associated with establishing and implementing ITSM & SIAM services. The applicants should have: Intermediate – advanced ITIL certifications & experience SIAM certifications & experience 8+ years of experience working within an enterprise ITSM/SIAM SME role.
