You will deliver a range of mail services including mail opening and sorting, digital mail, manual handling of boxes, and liaising with courier service providers and internal business units. Mail privacy and security is an operational priority of the role. What you’ll do Resolve complex and escalated issues. Deliver digital and hardcopy mail and courier items professionally. Provide advice and assistance to Communities and Justice divisions/branches and management on mail services and standards. Support the Senior Services Officer in monitoring and liaising with contracted service providers. What we’re looking for In addition to meeting the essential requirements, the successful candidate will have: Prior experience in managing mail and courier service providers is desirable; Solid understanding/experience in managing physical and digital mail end-to-end processes; At least 2 years of experience working as part of a team; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Problem-solving skills with service providers; Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
