The Role Working closely with the EGM, Platform Managed Services, and under their guidance, this role will lead efforts to optimise service delivery, standardise processes, track performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The need to drive client and commercial outcomes requires continuous improvement; in this role, the focus is on bringing structure, visibility, and efficiency to the evolving business unit while identifying opportunities for automation and best practice adoption. This role is suited to someone who is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Key Responsibilities: Work with leads to develop and own a collated view of the Managed Services (MS) service catalogue to ensure clarity and alignment with current offerings. Update as required when new services are established. Identify and collate improvement ideas by engaging with Portfolios and Leads. Own the Continuous Improvement (CI) schedule, including prioritisation and rollout of initiatives across technology and process areas. Standardise best practices across Managed Services. Learn and apply process automation techniques to redesign inefficient workflows. Research and evaluate automation tools, supporting senior leaders in decision-making. Work closely with leadership to shape and refine the MS strategy. Assist in translating strategy into actionable plans and track strategic milestones. Provide operational insights and recommendations to improve execution. Performance Reporting Support Identify any tooling optimisation opportunities that assist with reporting. Work with the PDO to identify trends in service performance and key insights by analysing service reports. Move from basic reporting to providing forward-looking recommendations. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Support EGM in preparing client or stakeholder updates and presentations. Develop soft skills in presenting insights to senior stakeholders. Team Engagement Proactively facilitate discussions to drive alignment and accountability on key initiatives. Attend key meetings, actively engage with stakeholders, and capture action items. Key Capabilities Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity in a changing environment. Able to simplify complex information and present it effectively. Interest in service delivery, service excellence, process automation, and continuous improvement.
