Job Description of ServiceNow Architect for Sydney: Responsibilities: Expertise in implementing ITSM Suite (Incident, Change, Release, Problem), Service Catalog, Service Portal. Expertise in customizing ServiceNow tool using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes. Strong experience in implementing custom dashboards/integrating reporting tools and CRM apps. Experience in implementing discovery and service mapping suite. Experience in integrating third-party applications using REST/SOAP methodologies. Good background knowledge of hosting services (both cloud and on-premises). Clear concepts of compute workloads in physical, virtual, and cloud environments. Some knowledge of Unix-based Operating Systems and monitoring tools. Good background knowledge of data networks (LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and interconnects), as well as the TCP/IP model and network layer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
