The Opportunity We’re looking for an exceptional ServiceNow - Delivery Director to lead and expand our national ServiceNow practice. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive delivery excellence, champion client success, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve extraordinary results. Your Role As the ServiceNow - Delivery Director, you will: Leadership and Delivery Excellence Drive the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project success criteria and align delivery with organisational goals. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Team and Practice Leadership Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of ServiceNow professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Develop and execute strategies to grow Scyne’s ServiceNow delivery capability, enhancing our reputation as a trusted partner in the Public Purpose sector. Manage resource allocation and team performance to optimise project outcomes and support team members’ professional growth. Strategic Collaboration Work closely with Scyne’s leadership team to align delivery efforts with broader business objectives. Partner with technical and functional leads to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in delivery practices. Contribute to business development efforts by showcasing our delivery excellence to prospective clients. Your Skills and Experience Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow programs for large organisations, ideally within the Public Purpose sector. Strong program and project management skills, with a focus on achieving outcomes and managing stakeholder expectations. Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities is advantageous, but the focus is on delivery leadership.
