Have good experience in Advanced Work Assignment that automatically routes work to the best Agent based on criteria or affinity with the Case. Worked on different applications like Incident Management , Problem Management , Change Management and Service Catalog . Worked on related lists and related list UI actions. Create and use Update sets to move Customizations between systems. Have good hands-on experience with Business Rules , Client Scripts , UI Policies , UI Actions , Script Includes . Have good experience on various ServiceNow Modules like Service Catalog , SLA , ACL’s . Worked on User Administration including Users, Groups creation and assigning roles. Worked on Scheduled Jobs and Email Notifications . Have good experience in creating and managing Service Catalogs , Categories and Record Producers . Overall responsibility for management, maintenance, upgrades, and improvements for IT Service Management application (ITSM) and underlying ITIL Processes. Have knowledge in Transform Maps , Data Sources and different transform scripts for data loads and management. Have knowledge with Flow Designer to automate the process.
