Have good experience on various ServiceNow Modules like Service Catalog , SLA , ACL’s . Worked on User Administration including Users, Groups creation and assigning roles. Worked on Scheduled Jobs and Email Notifications . Have good experience in creating and managing Service Catalogs , Categories and Record Producers . Overall responsibility for management, maintenance, upgrades, and improvements for IT Service Management application (ITSM) and underlying ITIL Processes. Have knowledge in Transform Maps , Data Sources and different transform scripts for data loads and management. Have knowledge with Flow Designer to automate the process.
