Services Engineer / Building Services Manager We have a unique opportunity for a Services Engineer / Building Services Manager to join an award-winning T2 Contractor. This is a unique opportunity to get involved with one of Australia's most forward-thinking construction companies and work with true industry professionals. As Services Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Overseeing the design and delivery of all building services systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, vertical transport, fire protection and similar. Managing and resolving complex design issues, managing subcontractors and service suppliers. Developing and maintaining construction programmes and schedules. Implementing the procurement strategy. Value engineering and commissioning. Reading and interpreting drawings. Ensuring delivery exceeds project parameters for time, cost, customer satisfaction, quality, and HSE at all times. Required experience: Qualification in a relevant field of study and preferably have a Mechanical or Electrical degree. Relevant industry experience in a similar role, working across large building construction projects, ideally from a Tier 1 / 2 main contractor or development builder environment. Experience on industrial, commercial, mixed-use and/or residential projects is preferred, however not essential. Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, provide direction and meet deadlines within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Worked on projects over $50m. Strong communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Collaborative nature, with the ability to work well in a team environment, forming strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
