Competitive salary + bonus + free onsite parking Reporting to the Value Stream Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a large, high-performing team of Operations Technicians and Production Operators to deliver operational, safety, and people performance targets. Your main responsibility will be to foster a culture in which quality, food safety, and human safety are paramount. Success with the above is executed by managing resources and partnering with stakeholders across the business to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. This will in turn drive efficiency and value across the Mars supply chain. Additionally, recruiting, developing, and engaging your team will be a key priority, and you will build capability and drive engagement through a focus on creating collaborative relationships. Key Responsibilities will include: End-to-end process management for your team and work area. Deliver against agreed production metrics for Safety, Quality, Value, and Service. Developing and implementing continuous improvement activities that address safety, quality, and efficiency. Team Engagement, Performance, and development management. Ensure the quality and food safety of product produced on their shift. Developing an in-depth knowledge of your operational areas. Identification of training needs.
