We now have a great opportunity at our new Karratha Grease and Lubricants Facilities for a Site Coordinator to join our team. You will lead the Karratha Grease and Lubricants team and ensure safe, efficient execution of operations and maintenance in accordance with Viva Energy’s procedures and management systems. Responsibilities Liaison with key stakeholders regarding product receipt planning Valve, transfer and gantry operations Work clearances Line draining and isolations Raising maintenance work notifications Undertaking basic housekeeping duties in relation to operational areas, and work area/site Hot oil systems operations Product quality testing Gas testing Ad hoc audits and interaction with drivers and their fleet vehicles for compliance and safe operations Participation in HSSE assurance activities, audits, emergency response, work insights in the context of maintaining our safety management systems HSSE incident and injury reporting Acts as on-scene Emergency Response coordinator Management of Gantry/truck movements Liaison with systems support specialists Operates with minimal supervision Line Management responsibility Works across multiple sites Decision maker on site outside of hours Point of contact for external stakeholders and customers Responsible for managing the Grease and Lube Facility Budget Contractor management Operating procedure/CDMS updates We are building a diverse and vibrant workforce, and we want to attract the best people! If you have not worked specifically in a lube/grease operation before don’t worry, we will provide you with comprehensive training and supportive mentoring to bring out your best. You are able to demonstrate a curiosity about operations or technology and have a proud track record in delivering on your promises.
