Manage a large team in various Production Solutions Located at Warwick Endeavour Foundation Work Site (QLD) Full Time – Monday to Friday, $90K + Salary Packaging Who are #teampossible? About this role: Make an impact! We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead and coordinate various business activities at our Warwick, Queensland site. In this full-time role, you will manage production operations, ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, and promote sustainable employment outcomes for all employees. You will be integral to ensuring operations align with Endeavour Foundation’s mission, purpose, values, and organisational strategy. At this location, you will oversee the day-to-day production in Packing Solutions, Document destruction & paper shredding, Recycling solutions, and Timber solutions. About You You will bring a strong track record of managing large-scale operations, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Your ability to coach and develop teams, combined with your commitment to achieving both operational and employment outcomes, will ensure the Warwick site thrives. You Will Also Have Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License. Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including Business, Community or Social Service (not necessary but desirable). Formal training and/or demonstrated ability in operational management, with exposure to best practice principles in production environments. Financial and business acumen with the ability to manage budgets, drive profitability, and ensure financial sustainability. Industry Knowledge with experience in commercial operations (e.g., packaging, manufacturing, recycling). What benefits can Endeavour offer you?
