Site Manager - Commercial, Defence, Medical & Education We are recruiting a Site Manager on behalf of a leading Design and Construct Fit-Out & Refurbishment contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, defence, medical & education projects.Based in Sydney, with sites primarily Sydney Metro, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who values teamwork, positivity, and prides themselves on delivering exceptional outcomes.About the Role As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of commercial, defence, medical, education and pharmaceutical projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and Interior Designers, you will ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met. Manage subcontractors and coordinate building services, including electrical and mechanical works. Drive compliance with WHS&E and QA systems and processes. Provide leadership to project teams and foster a positive and collaborative site culture. What We’re Looking For 3+ years’ experience managing fit-out and refurbishment projects. A trade background (preferred) with relevant qualifications. Current Construction Industry White Card and First Aid Certification for Construction Work. Proficiency in construction software (e.g. Procore / One Breadcrumb). Strong attention to detail and client-focused problem-solving skills. DCAC clearance would be very beneficial Ideally project experience up to $5M + What to Expect Occasional Saturday work (typically half days when required).
