What your day looks like: On-site delivery of custom, high-end residential projects ranging between $3m - $10m.As the Site Manager, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all site activities, including subcontractors and trades. Drive construction schedules to achieve timely project completion. Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and project specifications. About you: Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end residential projects $3m+ Basement experience essential. Carpentry background preferred.
