As a Site Manager, you'll dive into managing the strategy and implementation that oversees the Community Access & Mobile Services for our clients. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to identifying, implementing, and monitoring the day-to-day operations of these various disability services, along with leading and guiding a team of support workers and team leaders. You'll be involved in building the community portfolio that drives growth within this region of Rockhampton. Plus, this is a permanent position, so it's a great opportunity for long-term growth. About You It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too: Qualification of Bachelor's in Human Services or other related degrees. Prior experience in the disability sector or similar. Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals to provide person-centred supports. Hold relevant compliance in NDIS Screening Check, WWCC, Police Check, and Valid Driver's Licence.
