Disability Services Delivery Manager (Operations) Lead a team of community team leaders, rostering, and planners to deliver exceptional personalised care. 07th February, 2025 At MSWA, we are committed to supporting individuals living with neurological conditions such as MS, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, Acquired Brain Injury, and Stroke. We provide compassionate in-home care designed to help our clients live their best lives in the comfort of their own homes.Reporting to the Head of Community Support, you will lead a team of community leaders, helping them deliver exceptional, personalised care in our client's homes. You will play a key role in creating an environment that promotes Life not Limits! Your responsibilities will include: Leading and inspiring a team of community leaders, area planners, and schedulers to deliver outstanding care and service. Identifying opportunities for improvement in service delivery and supporting the team in achieving KPIs and employee and client engagement goals. Aligning to strategic goals, develop and refine processes to foster a seamless and positive work culture. Providing expert advice and guidance on funding streams, ensuring MSWA’s compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Developing innovative solutions to strengthen our sustainability and efficiency of our services. Maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to drive growth across the organisation. Our must-haves and a bit about you... We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of managing community services funded under either the NDIS, Aged Care, or Health funding models, who can build high-performing teams that deliver exceptional client services. The successful candidate will have: a NDIS Worker Screening clearance. the ability to drive success and build high-performing teams. strong incident management experience. a deep and strategic understanding of delivering care in a community setting with the ability to deliver projects within their own team. experience of rostering and scheduling a community workforce in a human services setting (in either aged, disability, or health care settings), as well as workforce planning. Applicants with a strategic logistics background would also be welcome. experience of setting up and/or redesigning service delivery models would be highly desirable.
