Job Description

A Site Manager is sought by a Tier 2 Commercial Builder, to manage a $6 million community construction project in Western Sydney.Opportunity: Working for a busy Tier 2 Sydney Commercial Builder on heavy refurbishment and new build projects from $5 million to $30 million. You will be working on a $6 million community construction project. You will be managing a Foreman, reporting to a Project Manager. $180k to $200k package. March start. Long term permanent opportunity. The Company: An established Tier 2 Commercial Builder. T/0 $180 million. This successful builder focuses on aged care, commercial, education, health and government projects. Projects between $5 million to $30 million. You will have: A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III preferred. Previous supervisory experience with a Tier 2 Builder in NSW essential. Commercial/aged care/education experience sought. Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy Tier 2 builder. Experience managing commercial construction projects over $5 million with a Tier 2 Builder.
