Site Manager (Pet Boarding) - Sign-on bonus, accommodation provided As the leading provider of pet care services across Australia, Kip Happy Stays sets the benchmark for excellence, ensuring every pet receives the ultimate in care and enrichment during their stay. At Kip Imparra, the Site Manager is a key member of the onsite leadership team, occupying a pivotal role in driving business success and growth. In collaboration with the Assistant Manager and Leads, the Site Manager assumes overall responsibility for site operations, spearheading initiatives to drive growth, mentoring and coaching the team to achieve their full potential, and ensuring exceptional care and enrichment for all pets during their stay. The ideal candidate will be available to work hours between 7am-6pm, Monday through Sunday (we can discuss a roster pattern to suit you). Availability to work across all school holiday periods (including Christmas and Easter) is required. Competitive remuneration and potential for accommodation provided on-site for the successful candidate. Sign-on bonus or relocation assistance also available.
