The Company This is a new role for a Leading Residential Builder who is in a very strong position with a huge pipeline of work within mid and high rise residential. They have a pipeline stretching over the next 5 years with projects ranging anywhere from $50m to $200Mm+. They are a leader in their space with a strong pipeline of projects. They have good systems and procedures in place. They have a good culture; you would be working with an experienced team and will receive a lot of autonomy in the role. They run realistic programmes and work on realistic budgets! They are known for giving opportunities for career progression. They have a vast amount of repeat business due to the quality of their work. The Role Responsibilities include: Oversee, manage and deliver projects onsite from beginning to end. Effective onsite management of all site resources. Delivery of projects safely, efficiently and effectively through meeting the project success criteria of stakeholder relationships. Adhere to, improve upon and maintain the construction program. Carry out safety audits and toolbox talks. Provide practical solutions to daily onsite challenges and obstacles. Lead, manage and mentor team members to achieve their full potential. Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Values To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience in delivering high/mid rise projects in excess of $50m. Proven experience in running your own site and program. Tertiary qualifications or degree in Building & Construction or similar. Proven experience in planning, programming and scheduling of site work. Prior experience in delivering projects in Australia. Ability to lead, plan for and manage onsite resources, including labour and equipment. Strong experience in maintaining and promoting health and safety in the workplace. Excellent stakeholder liaison and written communication skills. Experience using MS Projects is desirable. Benefits Competitive salary. Training & Professional Development.
