Job Description

At Prime Build, we are always looking for high performing teammates to join our expanding business. At present, we have potential opportunities for Site Managers and Site Supervisors. The Opportunities You'll be working on a diverse range of construction, fit out & refurb projects while managing a team of tradesmen & subcontractors to oversee all construction activities & contractors on-site with an uncompromising focus on quality & safety. Typical duties include ensuring Quality & Safety outcomes, scope of works delivery & working with the Project Manager on planning, programming & scheduling to deliver the project on time, in full, & within budget. You’ll enjoy a high level of interaction with clients & acting as a brand ambassador of our company. Does this sound like you? 5+ years in construction as a Site Manager/Foreman with some experience in live environment works essential (ideally including experience with a Tier 2 builder). Commercial fit-out/refurb/new build experience (retail experience a bonus). Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and related key stakeholders. Sound decision-making skills with a structured, systematic, and process-oriented approach. Commercial awareness with an interest in identifying efficiencies and cost-saving methods. Self-driven, with the ability to motivate others and manage a team to achieve project objectives. Sound knowledge of quality building methods, relevant legislation, and regulations, including WHSEQ. Confident with IT/tech/apps (e.g. Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, Procore & phone-based apps). Licenses/Quals: Police Check, Working with Children Check, White Card, First Aid and Forklift Licenses (or willing to obtain upon commencement). Australian resident qualified to work in Australia.
