About the role Position: Site Manager – Qube Agri Coonamble Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Coonamble Site Manager is responsible for managing site operations including Risk Management, Plant Efficiency, People Management, Operator Maintenance and Financial Performance. The successful applicant will be required to work closely with staff and growers to effectively coordinate day to day activities of our grain receival site. Location: Coonamble, NSW Status: Full Time Duties Oversee daily operations in accordance with policies and procedures with a keen focus on Safety, Hygiene and People Engagement & Management Monitor production outcomes, including the identification of areas for improvement Assist with the development of operational plans and manage execution at site level Develop, oversee and provide coaching to site staff (both permanent and casual) Personnel management including hiring, rosters, performance and disciplinary Essential skills and experience: Previous grain industry experience beneficial Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience using inventory management systems Proficient in MS Suite Self-motivated with excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
