Discover the Opportunity We have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Site Manager within Opal Fibre Packaging at our Spearwood plant. At this site we manufacture an innovative range of corrugated boxes and specialised cardboard packaging for some of the largest brands in the grocery, wine & fresh produce markets. We have approximately 85 team members at this site working across 2 shifts. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will contribute to the success of Opal by; Upholding Opal's commitment to Safety and driving a culture of personal safety leadership at all levels across the site Overseeing all Production, Engineering, Logistics & Quality activities across the site and for ensuring all productivity & DIFOT targets are met Driving a culture of continuous improvement in all our activities to ensure our progress towards best practice in waste, quality, down-time and run speed Ensuring all engineering projects are delivered on time and within budget through effective project management Ensuring effective asset utilisation for all plant and equipment across the site Providing clear direction and purpose for all team members on site by developing strategic plans and communicating progress and expectations in alignment with Opal's Leadership Framework.
