Site Manager / Supervisor - High End Residential About our client An Australian-owned business who specialises in high-end residential construction projects between $4 and $7 million. They pride themselves on reliability and delivering quality residential projects with a hands-on approach. Their commitment to their employees is to provide an enjoyable and responsible environment and is a brand to be proud of.About the Role - We are looking for a motivated and skilled Site Manager / Supervisor with high-end residential experience on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing site operations, meeting construction programs, and ensuring safety and quality compliance standards are always maintained. You will provide strong leadership (lead by example) to the site team, ensuring day-to-day site activities are organised and effectively managed.Responsibilities – Coordinate site personnel and trades to maximise productivity in accordance with the program. Ability to program, schedule, and sequence trades effectively. Implement successful project planning for critical site infrastructure. Communicate effectively with the Contract Administrator. Document site activities using project management software. Maintain strong quality control across the project. Thorough understanding of design and details ensuring works are sequenced correctly. Ensure OHS policies and procedures are adhered to. About You - Proven experience in safe and high-quality delivery of high-end residential projects as a Site Manager / Supervisor. Ability to interpret drawings to ensure construction meets design, budget, and safety requirements. Collaborative approach when dealing with key stakeholders to drive the project forward while maintaining strong relationships. Thrives in a team environment and able to coach and mentor teams effectively (lead by example). Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and industry-specific software. Reliable, trustworthy, and passionate about your work. Preferably trade (carpentry) qualifications.
