Job Description As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and the internal team to coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively communicate will be crucial in driving project success. Requirements Strong background in structures and interiors, with experience in delivering projects over $10 million. Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on quality, time, and budget. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Knowledge of relevant construction regulations, codes, and safety standards. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Valid construction industry certifications and licenses.
