Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the operations team to ensure seamless distribution center activities.• Oversee equipment maintenance and implement preventive maintenance schedules.• Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.• Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and promote a culture of safety.• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational success.• Conduct training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for the operations team.• Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to senior management. Skills and Experience: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a distribution center or logistics environment.• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and operational improvement methodologies.• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.• Experience in Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
